Different from brush-type car wash equipment, the 360° swing-arm touchless model has no brush rollers, which removes the most frequently replaced wearing components. Its main consumable parts are concentrated on high-pressure nozzles, sealing rings, water pump filter elements, timing belts, bearings, chemical dosing hoses and dryer blades. - High-pressure nozzles adopt wear-resistant ceramic core, anti-scaling design, effectively resisting mineral deposit blockage; service life is greatly extended compared with ordinary stainless steel nozzles.
- Seals and hoses are made of chemical-resistant EPDM material, adapting to acidic and alkaline washing liquids, avoiding cracking and leakage.
- Guide rail bearings and rotating joint bearings use water-proof, anti-corrosion sealed structure, not easy to lose lubrication after long-term water flushing.
We also sorted out a clear graded maintenance guide for operators:
✅ Daily check: Check nozzle spray status, whether there is water leakage at joints, clean filter screen of high-pressure pump;
✅ Monthly inspection: Check tension and wear of timing belt, clean sensors, test anti-collision protection function;
✅ Quarterly maintenance: Lubricate moving joints, check air dryer blades, inspect electric cabinet wiring terminals;
✅ Regular replacement plan: Provide recommended replacement cycle for each wearing part, support predictive maintenance instead of emergency breakdown repair.
